Didn't do well, gained weight, was sick, craved carbs, ate a lot of bread and pasta. Will have to start again next week.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know that those breads and pasta's have a bad reputation sometimes. I get the same way, crave things and then eat them. My worst flaw is that i say i am going to eat a little and then end up eating the whole thing. Think to yourself that you can conquer those cravings for pasta and bread. I hope you feel better.
