not so well on the diet yesterday, excellent day but for the evening we went to Ruth Chris had the cowboy rib-eye 1,690 calories just for the steak, can't go there and count calories it was great always taste the best when your on a diet.

back to the program this morning.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
