Had a bad night last night on the diet, starting watching a cooking show or shows it was a series from the top chefs the best foods they have eaten Cheese, Barbecue, bacon and meat so what did i do first i had already ate and calories where at my goal but then we had some let over pizza that i was going to throw out the day before i loaded 2 slices up with extra cheese had that and after i had 8 slices of bacon what the heck who does that. Gained 1.0 this morning
211.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
