I am a little disappointed,because I thought I had done so good this week.hope I can do better next week.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

you are doing great! I bet if you take 35 or so grams off the carbs and eat that in protein you will see even better results:)

Thank you both, for helping me, I can sure use ever tip I can get , need to learn more about carbs,don't guess I have ever counted them,Dr. Oz was talking about that.And Suzi ,I know I don't drink enough water, again thanks for your encouragement!!

I would add the warm lemon water first thing in the morning..It will flush out toxins and take off some water weight...I swear by this..
