Good couple days on the diet with exercise dropped 2.5 need to stay the course.
216.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks fishing tournament in MIO have to catch Pike, Bass and Walleye we took 2nd we always fail to catch the Walleye even though it appears to be the most caught fish of the tournament, need a few walleye lessons
