good job on the diet yesterday stayed the course lost another 0.5 pounds

still having some pain in my left hip tried a different pair of shoes for the walking will see if this makes any difference basically just trying to work thru it.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
