Went to annual camping planning party last night totally off diet wings, potato salad, pecan cookies, no bake cookies, beers, after all that same weight as previous day back to my diet this morning. I did manage to exercise 2 times that day before going but i can't afford to have a third day with any deviations from my diet.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
