211.4 lbs. At least it's in the right direction, determined to keep things moving down.

My wife made butternut squash soup for dinner last night, out of this world delicious. Not for low carbers, but they are good carbs and it's loaded with fiber. She used the recipe on allrecipes.com I believe, substituted a sweet potato for the white potatoes. I used an existing food entry to put it in my food log, will have to figure out the actual nutrient values and create a new entry if it's significantly different.

*After lunch update: My achilles is doing much better, I was able to go for a 3 mile walk at lunch, jogged a quarter mile without incident. I hope it keeps up. This injury is just plain weird, on waking Monday morning it was very stiff and sore for no apparent reason.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
