The New Year is a difficult time for me emotionally, if you've been wondering where I've been. I did promise my sister that I would give 10 days and follow the Bright Line Eating plan that she's been on for awhile now. Because the food is all home made and I don't have ingredient lists or exact amounts, I'm not tracking my food for the time being. Today was day 4 and so far I'm down, down, down which I'd be more thrilled about if I hadn't thrown my back out on Monday. Hey only 10 lbs to my current goal for January. Let's see how this goes.
