Gained 3 pounds over Christmas- had a great time - hard to get back to reality! My birthday was on Jan 1, and my DD made me a delicious chocolate cake, which is not all gone yet. I am having some, but counting it in my calories (at least I did yesterday!) Time to get back to "normal" and lose those 3 pounds!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
