I don't quite understand what happened but I was down 4 lbs on Thursday morning and now I'm 4 up. Kept track of all my carbs - didn't really go too crazy with food. Well I'm constanstly in the bathroom so I'm losing something but it's not weight. I'll hang in there because it's still a loss and they add up after awhile. I've started to exercise a bit more this week perhaps that may make a difference. We'll see next week.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't feel discouraged, I do this a bit.. I go up a pound, down a pound, up 2, down one.. and finally i get past those lbs and keep moving down a bit and do it again. I never know what I do different on diff days for my body to go all wonky like that.. but I do know I do keep going down so I'm going to keep on.

Sounds like water weight. Is TOM visiting? Did you eat something really salty? And yes, if you just started exercise, that also causes temporary water weight gain.
