One bite at a time. Butterfly gardening helps keep me distracted from eating and logging is a must. Plus eating at home all the time, it's exhausting making special food to be honest but low carb works :)
147.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
