Not been logging my food for quite a while but still trying to keep an average of 1300-1400 calories a day. Not weighed in for 3 weeks but I am very happy to say I have lost another two pounds.

147.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I stopped counting the calories too, but still use FS to track my weight loss. Oddly enough ditching the diet mentality and just swapping out healthy foods for junk food, and preparing all my meals has produced a 30lb drop in weight so far. I don't think I'll be so lucky getting closer to my goal, and will likely need that counter again. Good job, and good luck to you!
