Ate pretty well, lost 5 lbs, but haven't been logging on. Been extremely busy. I have to get back in the groove of loging on every day. I am happy about the 5.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
