So many cravings, so little willpower. Still, that's the way it always is when I stop eating poutine, pizza and pulled pork for every meal, with chocolate ice cream morning noon and night and beer to wash the mess down. I'll get through this week, and the cravings will diminish. I actually like the food I'm eating now, fresh veggies, well seasoned lean cuts of meat and fish, eggs and cheese, so that helps.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try the bullet coffee with coconut oil and butter......I have lost my cravings since I started drinking it....just a little advice
