Well, at some point, I imagine I'll stop bouncing these same two pounds up and down.

My waist feels squishier this morning.

Wait and see.

Well, after crawling around the internet and finding evidence that bouncing daily weights are normal, and everyone who fasts every other day loves it and got the results they wanted, I'm just going with it.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I've found this with every diet that I'll go up and down for a bit then a big drop. Keep it up!

Daily fluxes are normal regardless of the story you choose. Keep going. I'm watching all of the IF crew to see if it's something I should try later.
