So grateful for FS giving me the tools and a wonderful, helpful and supportive community! I can't believe I'm in the 160's but then again, I have worked hard watching what I eat every single day. So kudos to me too : ) (Now off to the dentist to fix my loose tooth : (After walking the dogs and my protein shake!)

168.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
