Last night, I went to Carrabba's for a pre-interview supper. I completely lost control. I started out picking up a healthy option, but then started trying the appetizers, the bread, and finally a dessert. I REALLY need to work on my self-control and portion control. My goal for this weekend will be to get under 150.0 by Monday. I can make it happen. I need to start journaling more to help me stay accountable.
