My first gain since Christmas. But I was half expecting it after my great ladies darts night out last week.

My sister's 75th birthday next friday and we are all going out for a three course meal.

150.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

825 kcal Fat: 17.07g | Prot: 37.46g | Carb: 134.70g.   Breakfast: No Name Honey, Flavahans Porridge Oats, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Tomatoes, The Biggest Loser Celery Sticks, Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Tea with Skimmed Milk. Dinner: Quorn Sausage Links, Village Bakery Soft Wholemeal Bread, Mushrooms, Baxters Country Garden Soup, Butter. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Rowntree's Fruit Gums, Pink Lady Apples, Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Tea with Skimmed Milk. more...

Even as we change our WOE we still need to take time to enjoy life, you'll be ok.

Hi Lily, I'm not going to diet for the next two days, but shall still log everything that I'm going eat, friends are coming round for coffee and cakes etc., So No weigh day for me this week as I know I shall go way over my RDI but once in a while its fine.....It's a small hiccup for you flower, only 1 lb gain that's not to bad at all, you can easily rectify that no problem! with all the bank holiday's we've had plus your sister's B'Day meal coming shortly, your weight gain is a very small drop in the ocean, you must have a social life as well, both of us know exactly how to get back on track so after my op when I'm feeling Tickety Boo we can help one another again, can't we!.....TTFN Maggy May.....Thanks for your Message Lily x

Thanks once again for the support. Of course Maggy when we are ready we can help each other again. Got a holiday to Ireland in early June so I think I will need help to get back on track later in June. cheerio for now .Lily
