Did okay, am on Sensa, but have forgot to use it a few times. Will try my best to remember. Have started going back to the gym, since having the flu, and am doing well with that - 3 times per week.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
