Checked my skin folds again and I've lost 4mm in my stomach, 1 in my side, 3 in my tricep and 1 in my thigh. I'm sitting at 17.05-18.1 BF %. I'll take that. My ab definition wants to come thru but not so much yet. I have to turn, twist, bend and get in the right lighting to see some cuts in there but it's happening regardless. I'm pretty happy. Not happy with the loss on the scale but I'm sure tomorrow will be different. I had 1075 caloric surplus on Wednesday and tried for surplus rest of week but yesterday I was in a deficit by 75. I will keep trying. I have to go shopping today. Tuna and sardines r on the list oh and cottage cheese and Avo's. And chicken. Not too much bc vaca is coming. Don't give up, success is around the corner if u stick w it!!! Thanks all for ur support and encouragement!!! We got this!!!

You know the fish fillets is kind of my little secret. Easy eating, and easy digestion and good diet food. Costco has some salmon filets, that are fantastically seasoned. They are called Lemon Dill Rubbed Salmon in their frig made by High Liner. They are called Premium Atlantic Salmon. 687 mg of OMEGA 3. They taste fabulous!
