Frustration is doing the right thing... following your diet... staying under calorie goal... finally moving my butt and exercising... and having your scale not only stall at the same weight for days in a row, but also go up by .06 this morning 😝

Finally went to the bathroom and that .06 is taken care of(wink, wink), but I'm still stuck where I was like 4 days ago. I'm gonna keep plugging along, but my scale is clearly an asshole! Gawww

Apparently our scales have some kind of club, cuz mine is doing the same thing. Maybe I should plan a bonfire night for unusable appliance, just to scare it a bit.... 😄😄😄. Hang in there Christine, the scale will budge.

Hahaha that just might work! If you do, make sure to post a pic so I can show my scale and get it in line 😂🔥

It is helpful to use a tape measure, too. You will lose inches before the scale catches up.

Yeah I'm totes gonna. I had planned on doing it once a month and missed my first exact month measurement and weigh in because I cheated that day before (was my kiddos birthday) and didn't want to look. I didn't want weird partial month progess checks, so I'm waiting until the 19th to log progress on my 2 month mark. I wish I could stop peeking at the damn scale so often. Lol

Listen I know the feeling sometimes I've gone as long as three and a half weeks with no love from the bathroom scale I keep saying and will continue to say make sure you get getting the tape measure out because you may be losing inches and whatever you do don't lose that positive attitude because you will see a big drop

Lol I squeaked out a .06 lb loss this morning making 2.4 for the week. For the 10% challenge I need to average about 2 1/2 lbs a week, so while things moved slowly, I'm pretty much on the mark. Putting that into perspective sure makes me feel a whole lot better. 😃

Stay off that ****scale for a while and weigh every 2 weeks or 4 weeks for awhile. Focus on the good things you are doing for your body. The weight will come off - remember the human body is a wonderful thing but sometimes it wants to hold onto the weight and will fluctuate with fluid retention at times. You could be losing inches too so learn to measure success in other ways.

I weigh daily too and sometimes that thing hates me too. I know the feeling. Good news though is your trending down! That's what its all about.
