Lily100's Journal, 17 April 2016

My weighing in day today. Due to one thing and another I have not kept within my RDI this week. It was my weakest week mentally since Christmas and I was expecting to put on weight, so I was pleased to see that I have a teeny weeny loss of quarter of a pound, not much I know .
Hoping to get back on track next week. Good luck to all buddies and members on your journey to a healthier you.

Hi Lily well it is still a loss Buddy better than a gain, maybe you can tweak this weeks RDI.....The weather here today is sunny with lovely clear skies but yesterday we had a little flurry of snow as soon as it started it disappeared, the skies were a funny grey/pink nearly all day and was so overcast.....At the moment I'm drinking some tea waiting for the washing to finish then I shall get into gear and do some chores.....On days like this it feels good to be alive and kicking!.....Happy Days Lily.....Talk soon BFN Maggy May

Hello Maggy, the forecast said that it was going to be a lovely sunny afternoon so decided to go for a walk in a local park. Arrived at the park and disappointed that there were big black clouds everywhere and a chilly wind so made the walk shorter. Now back at home catching up on computer bits and pieces. As you say Maggy I may try and cut my RDI next week for a few days and/or maybe do some longer walks. Ladies darts finals on wednesday and usually they put on a wonderful buffet,I will have a nibble as I still want to try and eat as 'normal' as possible so that when I eventually reach my ideal weight my diet won't change too much. So a nice and steady slow loss will suit me.-- PS. I did find your messages in my inbox and have now replied. Ta ta for now. Lily
