I really did not think that I would lose any weight today as I was naughty on saturday and also I was feeling a little unwell in the week so did not do my normal morning exercise for a few days. So I was so pleased when I saw another pound loss. For me this is a milestone as my total loss is now 14lbs which is one stone loss. I thought because of this event I would post up a new pic of me. I have now a new goal , hopefully another stone loss before the end of September. 152.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
