Took this Friday evening and all day Saturday "off" from Dukan as we had friends visiting. Still, ate relatively well and kept up with my exercising. Vices included: eating duck confit, drinking wine, eating popcorn and gelato. But today I was back on wagon. Had a pure protein day.
Today I fit a shirt I haven't worn in over a year.
Stomach is looking flatter. I feel stronger.
Goals:
