Been on my counting calorie diet for 6 weeks now. Today is weigh day and I am so pleased to say I have lost another pound. That is a 9lb loss in six weeks. As said before I want to lose weight slowly so that I can keep it up long term. Next week I have two separate birthdays to go to, I will try and be as good as I can but of course when we get there and are immersed in all the fun etc it is easy to go off course. But I think we have to have our treats now and then as long as we get back on course the next day. Good luck to all here on FatSecret in your quests to lose weight.

157.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone for your support,it really does help to get feedback from you all. FatSecret is a great site and I think that writing down all foods eaten really helps us to stay within our limits.

Hi Lily Planning on every 2 weeks so the 6th march Will be my next Weigh Day, but if I falter, maybe a few days after that until I get back on track....I've been a bit of a couch potato since I've been ill, just mainly cuddling hot water bottles and watching films, I'm much better than yesterday so getting there..... need to get out and about BFN Maggy May

Hope you start feeling better soon Maggy. My weigh day is sunday morning(28th) . I have had 2 outings this week where I went over my limit. I do not feel like I have lost any weight, will find out in the morning. Lily
