My first week back after two years not dieting.
Starting weight 166lbs .
First weeks loss is TWO pound.
Very pleased.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1181 kcal Fat: 34.50g | Prot: 39.12g | Carb: 186.89g.   Breakfast: No Name Honey, Flavahans Porridge Oats, Tea with Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Tea with Skimmed Milk. Dinner: Riceland Whole Grain Long Rice, Mushrooms, MTR Mixed Vegetable Curry. Snacks/Other: Tea with Skimmed Milk, Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Pink Lady Apples, Rowntree's Fruit Gums. more...
