Looks like not eating much + no BM = a small gain but it's no big deal.

I ate more today and spread it out instead of all at once.

Also took a long walk today and a longer one yesterday so I'm getting a small work out. Kinda helps with the stress and the tan.

Stress easing a bit but still there. Hoping to resolve it soon....
210.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

Yea, the no BM part is a bummer. I don't even mention the scale figure when that happens because it's not "for real"
