This has been a bad food weekend.

Both Saturday and Sunday, meal times have been limited and so most of the food has been snack stuff on the run.

I really over did both calories and fat Saturday and mostly calories Sunday. Most of Saturdays fat was the good stuff (poly & monounsaturated) but like the doctors say, FAT IS FAT so limit it!!

Some set-backs just can't be helped. I'll just have to deal with it.....

On the up side, I did get some walking in both days. Nothing like I should do/want to do, but some is better than none.

Here's to hoping next week will be better......
220.2 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Same here buddy. Ate out for lunch yesterday. Went on a day trip to the big city today and had lunch at Jason's Deli. Then went to Orange Leaf for frozen yogurt. And boy did I eat a bunch of yogurt! I don't feel very well. I think I'll go to bed.

New week to stay on your plan. Letty, eating too far off my plan makes me feel awful as well.
