27 BMI lost of "stuff" going on these last few weeks. So proud of myself for staying true to my healthy eating habits. Cake,donuts,drinks,food not on my list all around me. I chose to eat a few and drink some too. Now, back to work on eating clean once again.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
