Still trying to get back in the groove. I have been snacking too much, and I know it. At this point, I'm kind of looking at just living life until January and starting fresh. Wayne doesn't say I look any different being 10lbs more but I am upset about it. That being said, I am still walking, tracking and all. Like last night I ate a tons of Cheez-its and I knew I didn't need to but they are my weakness. Then my friend brought me some goodies, cinnamon rolls and cookies. Wayne and I split a cinnamon roll so that helped. I love cinnamon.

The weather is nice so I plan to walk more today.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
