I usually post my weight on Sunday but stepped on the scale and was happy to see a loss. Just hope lunch at Red Robin today doesn't ruin the week for me
188.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Foody - My plan is avoiding processed foods and staying within my calorie allowance. The processed food part is questionable. I skipped the hamburger bun and I am pretty sure the steak fries are made there. But the calories - forget it! I was over about 300 calories. But I didn't eat after that

Thanks Morticia! I love Red Robin. Many years ago I bought 100 shares of their stock (RRGB) and sold it once I had made $1000.
