Jonathan Walsh's Journal, 30 March 2015

Starting Weight = 476 pounds
Week #9 Closing = 418 pounds

Numbers Update:
Lost 58 pounds
Lost 12.18% of body weight
BMI down 6.4 points to 60.0 points

No soda for 63 days
No alcohol for 66 days
No cheating on diet for 63 days

Another 3 pounds down, nothing big; but consistent. I must increase physical exercise to trigger a larger drop. I can't allow myself to be disappointed, I was just hoping for a bigger number this week.

I will make this happen. I write my own destiny by the choices I make. I must be very strong this week. Temptation will be knocking at the gates with a battering ram with all the food & candy around for Easter.

I will lose this weight. I will continue forward. I will climb this mountain; at times I will climb alone, at times I will be carried, & a times, I may carry someone else. Either way; I, you, me, or we are going to the top.

To paraphrase Confucius, "It does not matter how slow I take the weight off, as long as I do not stop."
418.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 218.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
