Starting Weight = 476 pounds
Week #7 Closing = 424 pounds

Numbers Update:
Lost 52 pounds
Lost 10.92% of body weight
BMI down 5.6 points to 60.8

No soda for 49 days
No alcohol for 52 days
No cheating on diet for 49 days

Rough week Have had the flu & been very sick. Left work early Wednesday, tried to go back Friday, had to leave again; but I feel much better today.

Surpassed a mini-milestone by losing over 50 pounds; just got to keep positive & keep my momentum rolling.

No matter how far I went in the wrong direction, I decided to turn around. I am fighting a head wind & the path is uphill, but I will make it. It was my decisions that brought me to the breaking point; it is my decision to no longer be broken; & by my actions, I will deliver on the promise I have made to myself. I know I will make it. I decide who wins this battle. I have taken away the power my enemy held over me. I have decided that I will win. Week by week, I will chip this weight off till it is no longer my burden. My mind is made up, I will win this battle.
424.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 224.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Awesome job so far! Keep pushing forward and you will get there! Im on week 2..didnt have great results..but I did lose some and that's more than nothing. Sending positive thoughts for your week!
