Starting weight = 476 pounds
Week #6 Closing = 428 pounds

Numbers Update:
Lost 48 pounds
Lost 10.08% of body weight
BMI down 5 points to 61.4 points

No soda for 42 days
No alcohol for 45 days
No cheating on diet for 42 days

Had a good week. Ate real well. Gina cooked an awesome salmon & rice meal during the week. Nothing to it but to keep on doing it.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Think long term.
428.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 228.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
