At least it’s going down. A little at a time.
369.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 219.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's good you are staying positive. I agree that a downward movement on the scale is better than gaining 🙂 What are you doing to nudge down?

LadyInDenim I’m drinking more water than soft drinks. Eating mostly salads. I still have those days where I absolutely go off the rails and eat just whatever I darn well please. Then, I feel absolutely rotten.

You could try time restricted eating. Wait at least an hour after waking before you have breakfast. Make sure you finish dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. Then do not snack after dinner. So, maybe that makes a window of 7am-7pm. A 12 hour window is a good place to start. If you are eating mostly salads, you are down in calories (and probably carbs) most of the time. Not eating for 12 hours lets your insulin level fall so you can access your fat stores for energy. If you "go off the rails" fairly often, good on you for not giving up! Your body is telling you it needs more food. You may need to up your protein, which gives us satiety (so does fat.
