Ate on plan yesterday. Currently have a desire to reduce my body size.

Looking forward to a good day at work.

Finished my broth at 7:30 pm. Learned "the sweet spot" for fat burning occurs between 18 and 24 hours fasted. I will fast easily until 3:30 pm, then may eat something. Will play it by ear.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
