My new weight shows my gain since last April 2022. My weigh in in April 1, 2023 was 228.2. So I HAVE lost 4 lbs this month. I will take it!
224.8 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
