Seems unlikely but I will take it. Cut out the avocados, potatoes and nuts this week which I don't usually eat. They seemed to skyrocket my weight.

Swim and gym have been excellent. Feeling generally positive about most things.
137.3 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
