Well spoke with DES today. Sent them my back up regarding issues with my new Supervisor prior to my dismissal. Fingers crossed. They said it could be a few weeks before a determination is made. Meanwhile I apparently qualify for AHCCCS medical, but not nutritional support since I have $2k in the lovely 401k that I just started at that job! Geez really!
