Wow!! 45lbs!?!? 😮😃👍 How does it feel? Like what is the biggest thing you notice losing that much weight!?!?

Thanks! Mostly I notice I’m so much more comfortable now. My elastic doesn’t painfully cut through my middle when I’m sitting and when I exercise I don’t have the extra stuff bouncing around. Those memories are still pretty fresh.. must’ve made an impact. I guess i didn’t realize just how depressed I was until it started to lift. The new lifestyle in fact gave me a new life. ☺️
