We laid my grandmother to rest yesterday. Several of my cousins showed up that I have not seen since I was very young. My aunt on my dad's side brought a bunch of food. That second helping of spaghetti is probably why I'm not seeing the loss of weight that I was hoping for. It's ok. Time to work on me. Thoughts for this week: remember that self care isn't selfish; it's necessary. You can't pour from an empty cup.
337.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 187.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
