I have not been moving around a lot, because of my knee. I know what changes I need to make while my knee gets better.
353.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 203.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know it’s a bummer to not be able to exercise due to injury. Now is the time to focus on your diet while your knee is in pain. Think of nourishment for your body and your mind. You can still do some light workout with dumbbells, and maybe try some swimming. Keep at it!
