I didn't make bad food choices, just grazed a tad more than I should have. But hey, on a positive note I made a 1 rep gain in my bench press.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
