Well, I've been doing 16/8 for 2 weeks now, essentially cutting out one whole meal in my day, and in true fashion I gain weight. So disappointing, so frustrating. I think I just need to get used to this weight, it's not going anywhere.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Honestly I’ve been up and down 1.2 pounds for 3 weeks now can’t seem to loose weight I gain it back again . I am also fasting but after a month stopped and was readjusting my workouts tried everything but my weight too has been stuck for almost a month. I am taking a break for a bit still healthy eating but just need some time away from counting everything etc…
