Going to try something new to try and get things moving. 16 hour fasting with an 8 hour window to eat. Hope it works! Anyone else doing this?
194.2 lb Lost so far: 71.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm also thinking of trying fasting starting Monday. I just have to figure the times I should start because at 5pm I'm at work until 9pm. So I basically have to get up earlier and eat breakfast earlier and my dinner would be before I start work. I think it's going to be hard for me at first because I love to have a little snack at night when I'm home from work and I'm a little hungry by then. Good luck with your fasting.

Been doing this for a month now and i’ve lost about 5 lbs. so far so good. 😊
