Did ok for the most part. I passed a little milestone in that I didn't have to put the gym scale on 220 and then weigh from the top, I was able to put it on 200 and weigh from the top, so that means I am on my way down, yippeee!! Now if I can only keep up the willpower through one full week.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
