Back on track after gaining a bit over Christmas - went up to 197 lbs, but losing it quickly over this past week. I had a lovely Christmas, so really, it was worth it. I am good at getting right back on track. I know some people aren't, and a cheat weekend could go on for months, so I consider myself lucky. Over the New Years weekend I had a "second" Christmas with my DD and her DH and DD, and the next day was my birthday. On Thanksgiving I tried everything Keto and everyone hated it, so at Christmas I promised a "normal" Christmas dinner. And our annual Chinese feast on New Years, and on New Year's day leftovers from the feast and birthday cake. The next day (Sunday) all candy went into the freezer, the fam ate the rest of the cake and any Chinese leftovers and I was able to get back on track. The photo is my keto breakfast for (real) Christmas Day, keto waffles with sugar-free syrup.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
