I'm overjoyed! The scale hasn't gone down for so long I was shocked! Hopefully I can keep it going down. I kept my calories under 1400, and also did low carb.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
