A couple of days ago, I had some carb up drift, so yesterday I did a semi-fast to get that under control. I haven't broken the fast yet, so I have the option of continuing. We'll see; so far 36 hours. Feeling good.
218.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@ 42 hours I broke the fast with a big salad and two hard boiled eggs. We'll see how the scale responds tomorrow.
